Your mission
As a (Junior) Supply Chain Manager at mula. you are responsible to ensure that our customers get their high-end, sustainable products at the expected quality, timing, and costs. Therefore, you will manage a set of global suppliers to connect supply with demand and drive top-and-bottom-line growth. Sustainability, compliance, and transparency are at the heart of everything you do.

Your tasks
- Purchase order management: Create and place purchase orders with mula.’s suppliers and ensure fulfillment of the orders according to mula.’s design, quality, and timing standards
- Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain constructive relationships with suppliers and forwarders
- Negotiation: Prepare and conduct negotiations of prices and related conditions with mula.’s suppliers and forwarders
- Data management: Analyze and control supply chain-related costs and lead times to ensure targets are met
- Delivering solutions: Identify supply chain-related bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure proper supply chain operations
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with Procurement, Design, Sales, Warehouse, and other mula. teams to resolve supply chain-related incidents in a customer-centric manner
- Continuous improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize our supply chain operations
Your profile (required)
- Business fluent in English (speaking & writing)
- First experience in international supply chain operations, procurement, or similar
- Good understanding of current supply chain challenges, trends, and approaches
- Ability to handle a portfolio of parallel supply chain tasks, and prioritize well
- Intercultural sensitivity, feeling comfortable working with very international stakeholders and suppliers
- Proactive and constructive communication style, structured and responsible way of working
- Affinity for numbers and KPIs
- Experience in negotiating with producers is a plus
- Fluency in other languages, particularly Chinese, Turkish, or German is a plus
