Job Descriptions:
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure including, cloud servers, Microsoft servers, notebooks, desktop PCs, printers, and network, and networking equipment in operable condition
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving network, hardware & software issues or faults.
- Perform research, and liaise with vendors for systems deployment or implementation
- Propose, develop, and implement necessary actions or enhancements to IT or processes to further improve systems capability, performance, reliability, resiliency & integrity, and compliance with IT standard, policies & procedures.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure system issues, enhancements, and projects are implemented as per specification and with timely feedback.
- Maintain and upkeep the CCTV and door access system.
- Perform asset and inventory management of IT related hardware and software purchased.
- Experience in retail POS system.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma, major in information computer.
- At least 3 years work experience
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Repairing of PC/Notebooks
- Able to Work Independently, Self-motivated and Diligent
- Knowledge of network IP setup port forwarding service
- Knowledge of setup database server and mail server
- Knowledge of TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, TFTP, SMTP etc.
- Provide customer support through on-site installation any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex equipment and system.
- Must have knowledge in POS System.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
