Top-tier Hedge Fund with long establish track record currently looking for a Fund Operations Analyst/ Associate to join their mid-back office in Hong Kong to work closely with Senior Management and C Level on performing funds operation duties on Hedge Fund.
Job Duties:
- On the job training to administer the process flow regarding the back end for various products such as equities and derivatives
- Prepare and review Net Asset Value reconciliation for funds
- Perform cash management & daily settlement for the executed trades in a timely manner
- Responsible for accurate and timely deliver of Fund Accounting data in accordance with accounting standards and internal compliance
- Records of risk metrics on funds on daily basis
- Liaise with risk team and monitor news relating to the funds;
- Liaise with the decision-makers to deliver special requests; and
- Process improvement assignments;
- Support new fund setup in accordance with legal requirement
- Assist in reporting preparation including risk reporting, monthly newsletters and ad hoc reporting requests
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- 1 years + fund operations/ administrations experience , (Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply for junior openning )
- Strong communication and presentation skills, independent and diligent;
- Take initiatives and pay attention to details
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS Office Applications; and
- Good team player in an efficient working atmosphere under pressure
- Candidate with more experience would be considered for the Senior Associate or AM position
