Job Description
- Forecasting, scheduling and definition of production/supply plans.
- Stakeholder management - manage the relationship with different growers and partners, improving existing agreements. Internal collaboration with different areas of the business is also key.
- Support growers to improve their crop forecasting accuracy of their weekly estimates, including visiting growers during the UK season.
The Successful Applicant
- +5 years of experience in Production Planning roles.
- Background in the farming and/or food manufacturing industry in the UK.
- Excellent communicator - both verbal and written with particular skill in interpreting technical subjects to non-technical audience.
- Strong problem solving and numerical skills.
