Objectives of this Role
Provide strong and timely business analytic decision support
Improve, execute, and effectively communicate analyses that identify opportunities
Participate in regular meetings with client and contingent worker stakeholders, assessing and addressing issues
Data quality and accuracy ownership
Provides support to, and acts a primary cover for Hire Program Manager
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
Develop and implement data analyses, leverage data collection systems and other strategies that optimize financial analysis
Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic attendance and utilization, creating reports and management overviews,
Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects including pulling, preparing, and exporting data from project requirements documentation such as business cases
Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and advise on trends.
Maintain and improve on an as needed basis the GREF Hire reporting tool workbook.
Deep dive into data with GREF Onboards to identify pain points with regional POCs and the BLR concierge team.
Combine and provide data analysis and insights from data streams & from both Salesforce and People portal (Quicksight).
Assist in various audits of the data streams for both GREF Hire and GREF Onboards
Develop automation tools for program managers to streamline data into reporting.
Maintains a database of all added and attrition positions, including their current state and communications between FinOps, Recruiting Manager, and Hiring Manager.
Updates and maintains the hiring playbook to support teams in the hiring process.
Maintains client GREF Hub Org charts, plus the client GREF Org Contact List hub
Oversees central data source of YB VPN users & governs the offboarding process for GREF YB resources & Asset/Equipment tracking for YBs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, business management, or economics
Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
The ability to write reports and business cases
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills when interacting with all levels of management within the team.
Vendor Performance Management
Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience with managing budgets
The ability to present findings in a polished way
Proficient on data analytics technical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
