Key responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor to oversee all maintenance personnel/custodians
- Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures and fittings
- Carrying out periodic health and safety checks
- Record all Facility Admin concerns
- Preparing, printing, binding, and archiving, when necessary, all company documents and reports
- Helps to oversee the day-to-day operations of a company or facility
- Building a close relationship with the immediate supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Assists the Supervisors on different Admin/Facility Tasks
- Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Maintain both soft and hard filing systems, ensuring consistency and support management team where required.
- Assist representatives from PEZA and other Facilities Division when conducting inspections of the facility.
- Initiate assistance for company’s program or events such as Fire & Earthquake Drill, Blood Letting, Seminars and Orientation which requires the use of facilities
