Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing export documentation: Preparing and reviewing export-related documents such as invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, and export licenses.
- Coordinating logistics: Collaborating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange shipping, transportation, and delivery of exported goods.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with export regulations, trade agreements, and customs requirements of the destination countries.
- Communicating with stakeholders: Liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on export shipments.
- Monitoring shipment progress: Tracking and monitoring export shipments to ensure timely delivery and handling any delays or issues that may arise.
- Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of export transactions, documents, and correspondence for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Staying updated on regulations: Keeping abreast of changes in export regulations, trade policies, and international trade practices to ensure compliance and optimize export processes.
