Export Coordinator [India]


 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing export documentation: Preparing and reviewing export-related documents such as invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, and export licenses.
  • Coordinating logistics: Collaborating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange shipping, transportation, and delivery of exported goods.
  • Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with export regulations, trade agreements, and customs requirements of the destination countries.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: Liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on export shipments.
  • Monitoring shipment progress: Tracking and monitoring export shipments to ensure timely delivery and handling any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of export transactions, documents, and correspondence for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Staying updated on regulations: Keeping abreast of changes in export regulations, trade policies, and international trade practices to ensure compliance and optimize export processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
