Discord Customer Relations Operation

Utilize Discord, WA and other communities to follow up on customer issues in a timely manner, coordinate with various departments to solve problems, provide the best solutions, and provide feedback to customers, maintain customer relationships, and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Community management: Manage Discord community, regularly publish content about the company, products or activities, and answer questions and concerns of community members, create a positive community atmosphere through daily community activities.

Data analysis: collect user feedback and info data, complete user profile, data statistic and analysis, output feedback reports and product/content suggestions;

FAQ: According to user feedback data, optimize and improve the platform FAQ to solve user problems and improve customer service efficiency.

Requirements:

Sound English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate fluently with international teams.

Have at least 1 year of customer service experience, have a certain understanding of Discord community management, deep Internet users, familiar with various social software and local internet environments, strong Internet information mining ability.

Excellent communication skills, community management skills and experiences, quickly understand user problems and accurately guide users to solve them.

Good teamwork skills, able to work with internal teams and coordinate with customers and solve problems.

Passionate about live streaming and have a certain understanding of live streaming ecology.
