Customer Loyalty Member - Bank Operations [Taiwan]


 

Overall Function:

  • Support WB product and business for settlement and customer service
      • Deposit account opening and fund transfer process
      • Inward & Outward Remittance
      • Lending operational service
      • Trade Finance operational service
  • Back up CSD Financial Market team in the long run.
  • Manages intergroup outsourced service to deliver quality and controlled settlement service for WB business. On boards and maintains oversight of WB sourced services. Ensures supporting governance and regulations for sourcing is complied.
  • Minimizes operational risk and ensures a safe and compliant service is delivered. Ensures settlements control over WB business are in place and adhered to ING policy & regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver quality regulatory reporting for WB.
  • Accountable and corporative towards internal/external auditors and regulators.
  • Local FATCA/CRS compliance activités
  • Project : Assists to implement strategic system, operation changes, and regulatory change requirements


Competence:

  • Be able to deliver good experience to internal stakeholder and external customer
  • Skill in operational and processing knowledge of WB products/functions
  • Passionate towards processing excellence, and optimize the client experience
  • Strong risk control ability to avoid/minimize operational risk
  • Strong knowledge to meet local regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions/geographies
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English for Banking business
  • Ability to adapt flexible working environment
  • Data based decision
