Asst. Project Manager (Civil) - Fit Out Industry
- Coordinate with project manager and design team to understand the requirement and execution plan for the given site.
- Coordinate with project manager, Admin and Purchase team for manpower and material requirements.
- Ensuring proper implementation of detailed execution plan as approved by management for various completion and handover stages at site.
- Monitor each level of project execution in details to meet the requirement of pre-approved plan.
- Frequently coordinating with project manager, client and execution team for project completion stages, modifications etc.
- Ensuring quality of work and material is as per agreed contract.
- Prepare and send daily reports to the management over project status.
- Prepare and maintain daily site schedules for the approval of project manager and ensure work is done as per approved plan.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required.
