Job Summary
A well-established IT Consultancy Company in Dubai is looking for highly qualified candidates for role of Accountant, experience in accounting financial transactions, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
Accountant position will work closely with other accountants and operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping to maintain accurate, complete and timely information to achieve overall department objective. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Responsibilities
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Prepare financial statements in time
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Skills
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP 9
- Advanced MS Excel skills including V-look ups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
- Good project management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc in Accounting Finance or Bachelor of Commerce or relevant degree
- Additional certification is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
