We are looking for an experienced eCRM Manager based in Cairo. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional combined experience in a similar role is required, together with excellent command of English and Arabic. Candidate should be a team player and demonstrate agile ways of working.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
You will be part of the Marketing team of “Philip Morris Misr” and will report to the Digital Strategy Manager.
The eCRM manager supports in raising the awareness of the brand leveraging Digital Marketing as well as the omni-channel lead generation strategy for smoke-free products such as IQOS.
Your responsibilities:
  • Define eCRM Strategy per market
  • eCRM campaigns management and execution
  • Ongoing database segmentation (Consumer engagement journeys)
  • Automated journey mapping, architecture, and creation
  • System management (with the support of IT & Infrastructure teams)
  • Data Management (cleanup - list pull creation & segmentation - retention rules...)
  • Tagging & tracking of all communication
  • Accountable for proper eCRM reporting
  • Reporting, Analysis & Insights
  • A/B Testing & Optimization
  • Content personalization based on advanced Segmentation
  • Make sure PMI global brand guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures are implemented perfectly.
  • Collaborate with Internal & External stakeholders on complex project and capabilities deployment.
This is a managerial role, and you will have some people reporting directly to you.
Other requirements:
  • Technical Digital knowledge needed to be able to translate business needs into IT briefs.
  • Proven work experience managing complex projects
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project or other.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Stack and specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Understanding and familiarity to all kinds of reporting tools is a plus
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
