Role Details

Your Key Accountabilities
- Attend to the incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner,
- Meet and greet visitors upon arrival in a polite and courteous manner
- Distribute mail and information to the relevant people
- Planning, organization and facilitation of meetings including taking minutes
- Manage ingoing and outgoing mail and couriers
- Stationery inventory and control
- Booking pool cars, meeting rooms and coordinating catering for meetings
- Coordinate workplace inspections and toolbox talks
- Manage first aid stock for the site
- Invoice and purchase order processing
- Travel and Entertainment bookings
- Process site communications
- Administration of contract executions
- SEQ rosters and reminders

Experience
- Previous experience using computer programs
- Previous experience in the provision of excellent customer service
