As an IT Support Engineer
You will provide IT Support services across all vessels of the fleet
As a part of your role, you will:
- Assist with the maintenance and development of local network infrastructures, networking/firewall devices and Satcom systems
- Provide support on the use of IT/Satcom Equipment
- Perform remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve H/W & S/W problems
- Provide remote Helpdesk services
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have
- Degree in Information Technology
- Experience of 3-5 in an IT support role
- Experience with MS Active Directory. MS Windows and MS Office.
- Knowledge of VMWare Environments
- Good Knowledge of Networks
- Ability to travel abroad, if necessary
- Familiarity with English language
- Good communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork
