QUALIFICATIONS
- Male or Female
- Graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- With experience as Area Manager in Food & Beverage industries
- Prior experience working in a bar
- Bartender’s license is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracks customer behavior and sales.
- Maintains budget and monitors costs.
- Oversees planning for special events.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
- Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines or fires staff.
- Selects music, books bands, and provides input on décor and marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity.
- Initiates and maintains vendor relationships
- Appraise store performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Other job that may assign from time to time
