A talented individual who can maintain smooth backroom operations in running the store, while continuously improving current ways of serving the customers.
Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:
- Executes and upholds retail store operations and abides by good manufacturing practices
- Maintains the upkeep of the store to enhance customer experience and provide a comfortable environment
- Addresses customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
- Ensures proper handling, storing, presentation, and packaging of products
- Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through personnel handling
- Continuously finds ways to improve existing operations to become more efficient and serve our customers well
- Represents the company through direct interaction with the customers
