Job Summary:

Under general supervision, assist office staff by performing clerical duties.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None


Example of Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provide administrative support to the impaired driving awareness campaign team Manage filing system and recording information as needed
  • Update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing
  • Help organize and maintain educational material, and maintain supplies replenish
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments, ensuring that all the team members are informed and prepared
  • Assist with project progress and evaluations, and surveys/questionnaires/focused groups interviews
  • Track campaign budget and expenses, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and documented
  • Coordinate events as necessary
  • Process promotional mailing material
  • Conduct research on relevant topics to support the development of the campaign initiatives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for acceptable job performance
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in Business or a related field is desirable
