Hotel Food & Beverage Concierge - Full Time [United States]

 

Do you want to be part of a dynamic team at the Disneyland Resort Hotels? Our Hotel Food and Beverage Concierge Cast Members are focused on providing the ultimate level of personalized Concierge dining services for Guests staying at the Disneyland Resort Hotels. Concierge Cast Members will be interacting with Hotel Guests by greeting and interacting with our Guests in a positive and friendly manner, setting up buffets, bussing tables, disposing of trash, maintaining the cleanliness of all concierge lounge areas and transporting trays and dishes to the dish room. This role does require working morning, afternoon and late night shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Serves food and beverage to Guests in concierge lounge area

• Shares knowledge of food offerings, wines & spirits to Guests

• Arranges, cleans, sanitizes, and maintains tables, chairs, trash cans, liners, and umbrellas.

• Performs any combination of the following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition: Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers, scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them in racks for dishwashing machine

• Maintains bussing equipment, breaks down cardboard
  

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must meet the physical demands, including, but not limited to, bending and lifting 25-75lbs, frequently twisting and kneeling, constant use of hands, using repetitive wrist motion

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or part of a team

• Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment

• Enthusiastic about interacting and helping Guests

• Flexible/adaptable, can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous food and beverage experience

• Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

• Experience multi-tasking

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
