Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an Administrator to join the team in the Brisbane Depot.
With over 65 years’ experience, The Lindsay Group, proudly operates an extensive national logistics network across various locations covering regional communities.
Lindsay Transport is the largest transporter of fresh produce in Australia, specialising in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres to help our customers best meet their national supply chain needs.
Today we employ over 1500 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.
About the role:
Reporting to the Administration Manager at the Brisbane Depot, this role is responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Manifesting consignments
- Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
- Debriefing driver paperwork
- Assisting with depot pallet control
- Any ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager and Depot Manager
- Monday - Friday full time roster commencing at 11am, including some weekends as required
