Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

This role is an integral member of the strategic team who is responsible for leading a cross functional team to deliver defined project scope in time and considering budget restrictions.

You will act as a marketing concept implementation manager in building and executing a comprehensive project plan, managing its timeline and deadlines to keep the project on track, communicating effectively with team members & stakeholders.

Your mission is to support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by the business unit through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

Tasks:

  • Supports in the coordination, planning and implementation of various complex, interdepartmental projects (e.g. new global product launches incl. communication campaigns) under direct supervision of a senior project manager
  • Supports the development and redaction of projects status reports and risks assessment
  • Responsible to manage processes and resources to achieve goals
  • Supports and follows up on action items status to ensure timely completion
  • Takes appropriate planning measures with all Marketing Touchpoint Owners to reassess and renegotiate scope of work responsibilities and proposals
  • Oversees schedule management plans and provides early warning in case of deviations hindering projects results
  • Gathers actual status data, updates project schedule, and develops reliable schedule forecasts with inputs from project team and supervision from a senior project manager
  • Stakeholders Management and Risks Management

Qualifications

  • University degree with specialization in relevant field of study
  • Basic understanding of marketing (including brand and product management), sales and logistics requirements
  • Understanding of strategic and conceptual thinking, quick comprehension and ability to think interconnected, ability to keep overview also in stressful situations and in complex topics/environment
  • Good analytical skills as well as systematic and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability and spirit
  • Previous experience (at least 5 to 7 years) in project management
  • Microsoft Project or similar project management software good knowledge
  • English is a must, German is a plus
