United States-based company hires a Load Planner/Logistics Coordinator to join the team.
This is a WFH, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Express Transportation & Logistics is a fast-growing logistics services company. Since 2017, we have specialized in providing hotshot operator services, managing tractor-trailer fleets, and offering logistics services to third-party owner-operators. ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you will negotiate with brokers in English while coordinating truck drivers over the phone and some of them speak only Spanish.
This is a work-from-home opportunity, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Your compensation will be performance-based on the revenue generated.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market analysis to determine the best routes. SO, YOU MUST BE ANALYTICAL
- Call and email brokers to negotiate contracts. SO, YOU MUST BE A GOOD NEGOTIATOR
- Coordinate truck drivers. SO, YOU MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS & CHARISMA
- Generate documents and reports. SO, YOU MUST BE TECH-SAVVY
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using digital technology and systems for logistics coordination.
Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be a go-getter!
