Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Summary: The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for monitoring available supplies, materials, and products in order to ensure that customers and employees have access to the materials they need.
- Work with the purchasing and logistics unit to ensure that raw materials for the production of shoes and boots are purchased in the required quantity and quality
- Works with the purchasing and logistics unit to ensure that production supplies are delivered on time and in the required quantity, quality and specification.
- Make effective use of all necessary document such as Delivery note, Good Receipt Note, Requisition Note Etc.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Promptly updating of excel sheet after dispatch or receipt of Inventory.
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Daily and regular update of the Stock/Bin card
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report them to accounting Department for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
