The role...

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Growth Manager to join our team. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our portfolio clients and ensuring their success with MXNEY’s products and services targeted towards the ecommerce industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage the relationship throughout their lifecycle at MXNEY
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues and concerns to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for expansion of the partnership
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and adoption of our products or services
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company and provide feedback to the product and development teams

Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer success, relationship management or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability convey data in a professional and commercial manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Fluent in English, oral and written. More languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with E-commerce, marketing or technology products is preferred
