Company & Business Area Description:
Reporting directly to the Inspection Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for carrying out inspections for clients as per agreed specifications and the day-to-day inspection co-ordination activities.

Responsibilities include:
- Inspection of mechanical items
- some domestic and international travel to other company office locations, site locations, and client premises
- Occasional work outside, including site visits. Travelling by car and walking on uneven terrain
- Responsible for the co-ordination of day-to-day activities within managing 2nd party inspections and relationships between clients and inspectors as per contractual obligations
- Supporting key project requirements and providing quality services
- Sourcing quality inspectors to fulfil client requirements
- Submitting inspector CV's to clients and monitor approvals
- Prepare job assignments in the production tool and send assignments to qualified inspectors
- Mobilise resources for inspection visits and update relevant calendars
- Review timesheets and expenses in the production tool
- Review of inspection reports and issuance to the client within the agreed timeframe
- Support colleagues with any technical issues identified in inspection reports and/or during an inspection activity
Competency Requirements and Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications:
- Solid technical experience in the relevant discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a local / global network
- Service-minded
- Commitment to DNV values and expectations
- Advanced in English language - verbal and written
- Degree qualified, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline
- Experience of working in inspection co-ordination is preferrable
- Computer literate with good IT skills, including experience of MS Office applications
- Minimum 3 years' experience of performing inspections
- Relevant certificate related to E&I is preferrable
- International lead auditor certificate (ISO 9001, 14001, 45000) is preferrable
