Your Role
Your primary objective will be to deliver against our distribution strategy by ensuring that operations excellence is a priority.Your Responsibilities
- To drive + manage development of our transportation + distribution offerings.
- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction + operational performance.
- To lead + direct operational reviews with vendors + customers.
- To provide training, support process mapping + implement solutions as well as new businesses.
- To work closely with sales teams in ensuring target growth is achieved.
- To monitor operations + all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies + external regulations.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Strong distribution skills + knowledge of the operations excellence
- Strong customer + stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge across our operations, products + services
- Min. 5 years experience in related field
- Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
