Roles & Responsibilities:
- To inspect products to customers and internal requirements.
- To observe and report any deviations during production/ inspection.
- To ensure accurate data recordings.
- Assigned incoming inspector(IQC)
a) Incoming inspection/verification of raw materials and sub-contracted products.
b) Generating and issue of discrepancy report for defects encountered.
c) Liaise with supervisor and /or engineer.
- Assigned in-process inspector (IPQC)
a) In-process hourly inspection, including initial sample buy-off.
b) Liaise with supervisor and/or engineer.
- Assigned outgoing inspector (OQA)
a) Outgoing inspection prior to finish good store
- Liaise with supervisor and / or engineer.
- Assigned final inspection
a) Perform 100% visual checking on products prior to packaging.
b) Perform functional jig check on a specific product to ensure conformance.
- Liaise with supervisor and/or engineer.
- To ensure compliance to QMS and EMS requirements.
- Any others assignments as required by management.
Authority:
- To instruct production to stop the machine due to quality problems.
- To stop sending the parts to the next process due to non-conformance.
Qualification:
- Minimum SPM
- Pass visual acuity and color blind test with/ without corrected vision which conduct in yearly basic
Experience:
- At least two years working experience in QA department
Skills & Training Required:
- Familiar with the usage of equipment like caliper, profile projector, micrometer etc.
- ISO 9001, AS 9100 & ISO 14001.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
