Process Coordinator [India]


 

Job details:

1. Data entry of the bill receipt submission in ERP.

2. Bidding with party.

3. Update enquiry module, cost module, quote module and report in ERP on daily basis.

4. Check the EWAY Bills.

5. Send sign challan and transport bills to the party.

6. Bidding and follow up for rates.

7. Prepare and update bidding details of party in excel on daily basis.

8. Resolve the customers complains.

Job Specification:

1. Proven experience as a coordinator or relevant field with 1-3 years’ experience.

2. Hands on experience in ERP Software.

3. Excellent knowledge in MS Office.

4. Should be knowledge in EWAY Bill Checking

5. Bidding Knowledge will be an extra advantage.

6. Good communication Skills.

7. Self-motivated and Fast learner.

8. Educational Qualification - Any Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
