Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site facility mechanical system inspection and operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, including air conditioning system, exhaust, compressed air, DI water system, firefighting system, city water supply, drainage, etc.

- Responsible for the trouble shooting of facility mechanical systems in case of breakdown.
如遇到设备非计划性停机，负责设施的故障排除.
- Create and maintain facility working instructions and maintenance procedure.
创建和维护设施操作和保养作业指导书.
- Lead building maintenance activity, support facility renovation and engineering projects.
负责工厂建筑维修，支持设施改造和工程项目.
- Spare parts management, pressure vessel calibration execution according to regulation.
备件管理, 压力容器和特种设备按照法规要求校验.
- Work together with HSE associate to keep plant environment always in safe condition.
与环境安全同事一起保持工厂的安全稳定运行.
- Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:
- College or bachelor degree, Major in HVAC or plumbing or relevant.
大专或本科学历，暖通，给排水或相关专业.
- 5~10 years working experience in industry plant facility field, 3+years working experience in international company.
5到10年工业厂房设施部门工作经验，3年以上外企工作经验.
- Professional knowledge of management and maintenance of facility mechanical systems.
丰富的机械，暖通系统维护和管理经验.
- The ability of Supplier management, Cross function coordination and trouble shooting.
供应商管理，跨部门协调和故障处理能力.
- Pressure Vessel management and operation certificate.
压力容器管理和操作证.
- Good MS office and CAD software.
熟练的Office和CAD操作.
- Basic English reading and writing.
基本的英文读写能力.
