JOB PURPOSE: The Assessment/Placement Coordinator is responsible for assessing service levels for post release service cases from the national Unaccompanied Childrens (UC) Portal for the Home Study and Post Release Services (HSPRS) program. The Assessment/Placement Coordinator works with the HSPRS Program Coordinator to plan for and select cases from the portal and ensure that the HSPRS program is on target to meet case load requirements.
