Based in London or Warsaw, you will be part of the newly created Europe & North Africa Analytics team and quickly learn/adapt to new technologies, question processes and drive innovation.
Your role will be to set up and maintain the right data infrastructure to make our data easily usable for reporting and analysis.
Main Accountabilities
- You will build and maintain data pipelines to integrate a number of data sources into our cloud datawarehouse (Snowflake).
- You will prepare data models i.e. transform data into a format that is efficient for automated and scalable reporting & analysis.
- You will design and implement internal processes to monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement; conduct debugging/ troubleshooting.
- You will liaise with other BI team members to understand business needs and support them with complex data analysis.
- You will explore new ways of delivering business value through data and develop new advanced analytics capabilities.
Degree in a STEM discipline or computer science
Minimum 1-2 years of previous relevant experience
Analytical and curious mind ; self-starter willing to develop independently
Previous Python / SQL knowledge preferred
Understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes
Stakeholder management skills; and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
